Don't Show your recent documents
Click -> Start -> Run -> type "gpedit.msc" and Hit Enter
Click -> Administrative Templates

Click -> Start Menu and Taskbar

Click -> Do no keep History of Recently opened Documents
Then click enable and hit Apply -> hit OK

Click -> Clear history of recently opened documents on exit
Then click enable and hit Apply -> hit OK
